Refund & Returns Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Notify us in writing at hello@thinknbuy.online or by calling 0800 652 9456.

• Return the item within 14 days of cancelling, in original packaging, unused, with all accessories.
• Use a tracked, insured service — risk of loss in transit is yours.
• Return address: Think n Buy, 32 Poplarway, Leeds, LS1 34SJ.

We refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery) to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or earlier where possible.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty on arrival you can choose a repair, replacement or full refund within 30 days. Contact us immediately on receipt of a faulty device.

• SIM cards that have been activated cannot be returned for hygiene/security reasons unless faulty.
• Devices showing physical damage, water damage or unauthorised modification are not eligible.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
