These Terms govern your use of thinknbuy.online and any purchase of products or services from Think n Buy ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. About us

2. Our service
We are an independent comparison and retail service for SIM-free handsets and UK SIM-only network deals. We are not the network operator. Network plans are subject to the network's own contract, credit check and fair-use policies.
3. Pricing & ordering
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices on the site are illustrative; final pricing is confirmed during the phone call before payment.
- Orders are placed by phone on 0800 652 9456. A confirmation email is sent once payment is received.
- Stock is subject to availability. If unavailable we will offer an alternative or full refund.
4. Delivery
UK mainland delivery via tracked courier, typically next working day for orders placed before 14:00 Mon–Fri. Free delivery on orders over £100. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Your consumer rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt to cancel and return unused goods. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Warranty
New handsets carry the manufacturer's 12 / 24 month warranty. Certified refurbished devices include a TnB 12-month warranty. Warranty claims should be raised by email or phone.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Northern Ireland where applicable). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
